To secure your booking a 50% deposit is required on receipt of Invoice. Conker Exhibitions reserve the right to cancel your booking should this deposit not be received.

On signature of this Contract, both the ORGANISER and the EXHIBITOR and the EXHIBITOR'S representative agree to the terms and conditions provided, and to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Exhibition and anyagreements which may be imposed by the Authorities or Landlords as a condition of the allotment of space.
The EXHIBITOR hereby agrees that this agreement shall constitute an irrevocable offer to the PROMOTER by the EXHIBITOR to conclude this agreement with the PROMOTER.
