Welcome to the next step in planning your participation at the Comrades Expo 2024!
All stand services are to be ordered directly through us using the Service Order Forms button below.
Listed within you will find the following forms:

ORDER SUMMARY FORM (compulsory)
This Summary Form is COMPULSORY for ALL Exhibitors and must be submitted with ALL individual Service Order Forms where applicable, please. The BILLING DETAILS requested on this form are required for a valid Tax Invoice to be issued.
Items ordered on the various forms will be automatically calculated to ‘total’ column in the FORM ORDERS section, which is below BILLING DETAILS on the SUMMARY FORM/TAB.
FORM A – EXHIBITOR PASSES (optional)
Available to any exhibitor who wishes to purchase additional passes for access to the expo during show days.
Number of passes included are based on your stand/space size, and are as follows:
6m² 2 passes
9m² 3 passes
12 – 18m² 4 passes
36m² 6 passes
FORM 1 – FASCIA & CARPETS (compulsory for shell scheme exhibitors)
Mandatory completion for all shell scheme exhibitors is required, indicating the preferred company name for the fascia and carpet colour.
Default names as per the signed contract, along with the default carpet colour of CHARCOAL, will be assigned to those who do not complete this section. Any subsequent changes will incur applicable charges.
Space Only exhibitors can order carpeting using this form by specifying the required SQM (i.e., “9”) in the provided block before returning the forms. Please note that selected colours are subject to availability at the time of processing the order.
FORM 2 – POWER & LIGHTING (compulsory for space-only exhibitors)
Available to all stand packages, including both shell scheme and floor space options.
All space-only exhibitors are required to order power (a minimum of a 32A Single Phase Distribution Board), as no power is included in the floor space package.
Shell scheme stands are equipped with basic power and lighting; however, additional items such as extra plug points can be ordered using this form if required.
FORM 3 – SHELL SCHEME EXTRAS (optional for all exhibitors)
Available to all stand packages (shell scheme & floor space).
Exhibitors requiring a storeroom can place an order using this form.
FORM 4 – BRANDING (optional for shell scheme exhibitors)
Exclusive to shell scheme stands.
Exhibitors ordering branding must provide print-ready artwork on or before 16 May 2024. Please refer to the Graphic Specifications tab for detailed and important information which needs to be considered when preparing artwork.
Dimensions are supplied within order forms (where applicable) or can be confirmed by Nicole via email enquiry.
FORM 5 – INSTANT PACKAGES (optional for shell scheme exhibitors)
Exclusive to shell scheme exhibitors only as an upgrade solution to the basic package.
NOTE: Substitutions and customisation of instant packages is not permitted.
FORM 6 – FURNITURE (optional for all exhibitors)
Available to all stand packages (shell scheme & floor space).
FORM 7 – AV & IT (optional for all exhibitors)
Available to all stand packages (shell scheme & floor space).
FORM 8 – PLANTS (optional for all exhibitors)
Available to all stand packages (shell scheme & floor space).
These Service Order Forms serve as our official quote to you. Once completed accurately and submitted, the order will be considered final, and an invoice will be generated accordingly.
In the event of any discrepancies, we will communicate them to you prior to invoicing.
NOTE: The DEADLINE for all orders, as well as artwork and layouts (electrical, branding, etc) is 15 May 2024. Orders received after the deadline incur a 20% surcharge, and the supply of items ordered will be subject to stock availability.
For detailed Terms & Conditions of Hire, please refer to TAB 2 of the order forms. It is important to note that full payment is required on presentation of the invoice, and ordered services will not be installed/delivered until full payment has been received by Expo Solutions.
